The Boeing Corporation, a major employer in the Philadelphia
area, wished to reuse a 46,000-square foot manufacturing facility
on its property near the airport. The space was redesigned to contain
an employee health clinic, sales offices, and administrative space.
The clinic's requirements included examination rooms,
spaces for X-ray equipment and triage. An ambulance entry was also
needed, separate from the main patient entrance.
The sales offices were designed to be self-contained,
with conference and reception space available.
Administrative cubicle space is housed in a wing totaling
37,000 square feet.
