Condominiums
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Originally part of the Girard Estate, these historically certified industrial buildings from about the 1820s have languished for too long without being occupied. Our Client proposed to convert the row of buildings into two and three bedroom condominiums with spectacular views of the Delaware on one side and Old City Philadelphia on the other.

Each unit has a double height space, a flexible den/bedroom with movable walls, and at least two and half baths.

The building was designed with a concierge space in the lobby, a common space that worked as a private club, and an exercise facility.

The first floor is available as retail such as a restaurant or salons.
