We were asked by the Chester Housing Authority to provide schematic designs for a community center and gymnasium adjacent to 150 new housing units that we were also designing.

This study shows the gymnasium, large reception area, office, meeting room with warming kitchen, and continuing education class rooms.

The large curving roof gives the building presence on Highland Avenue, a main thoroughfare in Chester.

Exterior spaces shown include a children's play area, an outdoor basketball court, and parking.
