Spruce Hall, an older apartment building near the University of Pennsylvania, was slated for a $3.5 million renovation.

Holland Architects Ltd. provided services to study how new apartments with up-to-date layouts would work in the existing building envelope.

We measured the building and documented the existing conditions. We also examined the mechanical systems as well as the condition of the exterior walls.

Finally we provided cost estimating services and a report with drawings and diagrams.
